Setting Up

In my sketch book, I began to plan as to how I was going to go about filming the bowl.

I needed to find something black, like a piece of card or material so that I could put it around the fish bowl so that I could avoid having any reflections coming off the bowl.

To set it up, I need to put the bowl on table (which I have in black which is useful) and behind that I need to put up a piece of card or some material. In front of the bowl I need to have another piece of card, which has a hole in it that is just big enough to fit the lens through (this is also to avoid reflections), lastly I need to make sure I have a light directly above the bowl.
